National Credit Acceptance ,inc is buying collections from major credit card banks. the nca was granted awards from the naf ,2 accounts in the amount of 35 .000.00 they are now trying to cash in the awards in the victorville supoerior court by special apperances of a local collection specialist.the special apperances by local attorney are of criminal nature .
a local attorney removed the collection notices out of court files and used them to retaliate against a victim of id theft by union bank of california at the phelan branch. the name of the local attorney is Robert Ripley and is also a pro tem ,makers ir convinient to grant a judgement based on the award granted by the national abitration forum ,located in minnesota .
