I ordered a Motor home wash and detail and wax on line the first appointment was between 900am and 1200 pm the Deailer never showe up until 645 PM , then the detailer started washing the motor home and that look pretty good then he dryed it and started hand waxing the motor home , then i started seeing dull spots on the motor home ( keep in mind that this motor home is only 1.5 years old ) The deailer said  i dont know what that is or what causeing that ( keep in mind the motor home did not have those dull spots after washing only after he detailed with wax , I emailed  National detail and sent them pic of the motor home , they responded back that it was oxidized and that was not part of the package that i had ordered ,

keep in mind that the motor home had no dull place after washing , i emailed asking them to rebate some of the money and there responds was we washed and wax as you requested (No refund )   it seem to me that a Pro detailer would have siad something if it was oxidized it fact the detailer kept say that not oxidized i dont know that it is , he then tryed to re wipe it off but it would not come off  long story short i now am having another detailer come out and try to repair the problem , i will not ever use National Detail Pro again they seem to have a office and all they do is sub out to local detailers which they have no control over , they take your money and run they should be shut down  do Not use these pepole  for any detailing at all

Kevin scheduled an appointment with us on Thu 08/10/17  for Wednesday 08/16/17. He booked this service on our website which is http://www.Nationaldetailpros.com. We offer three different levels of exterior RV detailing (RV wash, RV wash and wax and lastly RV wash, wax and cut and buff). We state in big, red, underlined letters that the wash and wax package is " NOT THE BEST FOR Chalky, Oxidized or Dull RV's" and next to the wash, wax and cut and buff package we state in big, green, underlines letters " BEST SERVICE FOR Chalky, Oxidized or Dull RVs". Also, for the wash and wax package we indicate that oxidation removal and cut & buff to restore shine are both services that are NOT included in that lower package.

Kevin booked the service for the wash and wax. Our detailer got there and completed the job in full which included washing the Rv including the roof, sides, exterior windows, rims, tires, and then applying a creme/paste wax and removing it. This was all completed on the 16th.

The next day, 08/17/17, Kevin emailed in stating that he wanted the dull areas removed. We let him know that a wash and wax will not take care of dull or chalkyness, it is simply to protect the finish to getting to that point and that we can definitely come back for him and compound it (do a cut and buff) to remove the dullness, but that it would ne the next package up so he would need to pay the difference. 

Kevin declined. He wanted us to do the more expensive service...but for free. We tried to explain to him that we did the job 100% as ordered and we are more than happy to do more, but that the product for doing the cut and buff is more expensive as we would be using a rubbing compound and that it takes about 3-4x as long so the price is more to do that service. He again declined.

He had ordered one thing but expected another and unfortunately the only way he would have been pleased is if we did the buffing service for free. This is similar to going into a fast food restaurant and ordering a $1 cheeseburger but then expecting the $5 one that comes with all the fixings... unfortunately it just is not possible and we tried to explain this and direct him back to the website where he ordered the service to show him we state that it is not included specifically.
