I am trying to stay positive on this, and unlike many of the rest of you, up until the end I did not have any problems with them. I started with the company in Jan. 2006 and they sent me a trainer with in a few days. I have been training with a great trainer since. My first trainer left and Just over a year ago received another trainer. I do feel bad for every one that did not get what they paid for and also all the emplyees that got screwed. National home trainers did call me about 3 weeks ago to get me to resign up, but I still had about 15 sessions to go, and told them not at this time. I was bothered when my trainer told me he was having problems getting his pay check, and wrote the company to see if they could take care of this. never got a responce back. This is not the type of industry to play on peoples emotions and these guys did. Although I have mixed feelings, being for me other than them wanting to sign me back up knowing they were going under, and I would have been in debt for that one. Being I signed up for 100 sessions at $52.00 a sessions. I am just glad I decided not to sign back up at that time. I have lost much weight and I am more healthy, so I am happy I did get that chance to do that. I again feel bad for the emplyees and the people that did not get a good service and also the fact we all were played on by these guys and for me that is the hard part. Being taken advantage of. I hope these guys get what is coming to them, and they spend time in jail for what they have done. I did email Christy and told her how I felt, she responded to me and explained what we all already know, but ontop of that she basically said that I have lost the weight, so the money i am out should not be a big deal. That made me mad, that she could even say it is okay that I am out money due to the fact i lost the weight. I would like to believe there is some way to get every one there money back, but I truly believe that will never happen. These guys owe way to much money to so many people. I just will keep my fingers crossed that some day they waste away in jail.

Hey there- First off, I am so proud of you for working together with your trainer to lose the weight, and I am glad that you feel good. Thank God you did not renew otherwise you would be with the others who are out a significant amount of money right now. Your trainer was not the only in OC, I am another. I have received threats from Christy about posting here. I only post what has been my experience. We have all been taken. No matter how much they want to deny their part in the downfall, we all know that they are responsible for so many peoples woes. The ironic thing is that any legal action on their part is done with OUR money. THey want to pretend that there is no money left, but it is possible they closed and took what was left. If you are dissatisfied, check with your credit card company, I believe you can go back 60 days. Hopefully this helps you a bit. Sincerely,
