National Home Trainers Money Scam Houston Texas
I found National Home Trainers on the internet as a way to help me get back in to shape. The customer service representatives were helpful at first.
They sent me four different trainers in four months. The trainers either left the company, and/or unreliable.
The customer service representatives turned nasty fast when I wanted to cancel my service. They continued to bill me for training sessions I didn't have. Their customer service representatives told me that I needed to give them a 30 day cancellation notice but in their "shady" contract it didn't say anywhere that I needed to give any 30 day notice. I tried to explain this to the company but they wouldn't listen. They kept trying to give me "credit". Credit for sessions I already paid for?
I filed a report through the Better Business Bureau. They couldn't get a hold of them. All mail would be sent back to the BBB with the address that was listed on their website. I tried getting legal help but no lawyer wanted to help since the amount owed wasn't enough money.
National Home Trainers still owe me $891.00 which they refuse to pay.
They are a scam!!
