They got me while I lived in Kentucky, Yes I know it sounded too good to be true but I fell for it.

What they don't talk about is the charge backs. There are plenty of them.

In a mere 4 years in Rochester we have used over 1200 Agent ID's in a small office that never has more than 40-50 people working there. You do the math on that revolving door. They need to hire about 6 agents per week every week for 4 years straight to get over 1200 agents. Remember they only have about 40-50 at any one time so don't bother learning the names or the faces, they will be gone soon.

If you feel like a victim don't feel alone, they are professional con artists. If they can fool that many people into believing that they have a job with no benefits, no salary, no paid training, 401k, retirement, sick leave, union benefits, job security, or even a job at all, they are good at conning people. PROS.

Now the renewals are the carrots they put in front of your nose but most never see any. The chargebacks they don't talk about you are hit with right away. Once they are gone the guys at the top of the pyramid take them and reasign the money to their accounts. Who is going to know once you are gone?

I'm now getting chargebacks from the slugs my managers hired.

One thing for sure is while they get you to sign your job application they sneak in a contract that says they can let you go at any time with cause or without cause. Then they pull it from you and never give you a copy of anything you signed. Good reason, you will learn why later. If you are there too long they get rid of you to collect your renewals, the better your retention rate the sooner they want the money.

There is always a new sucker to fill his shoes. Most people that leave owe them money after working a mandatory 7 day week usually 70-80 hours per week. Lies and deception is their game and they have been playing it too long. Report them to the State Insurance Department. If enough of the 1200 that went through the revolving doors in the last 4 years took the time to write a letter they might protect the next victims!

It would seem that government agencies would do something about these con artists by now. They don't need a gun to rob you. They use a pen and a smile! They have already whined and dined your honest union official to get their signature for your free $1000 benefit... You trust your union don't you? Maybe you should check with another full coverage Independant Insurance Agency or a finacial planner just to make sure your union was not sold a bill of goods. Many unions have told these companies to stop calling their members......
