First of all, you weren't working here when this occured, since all my employees were and still are with me. Secondly, we average about 8 repeat customers a month returning to buy another vehicle from us. Finally, In the State of Florida, when a car is sold "as-is", that's just what it means. Any attorney will tell you that.

John- Don't try to cover up the fact that you are a "used car dealer" that got caught. I was working there the day this happened and after the fact, you never gave her what she was promised and now you are calling her a liar. (Of course I have signed up under my girlfriends name, because I don't need to be bothered by you) Stop lying and you will get a lot further, she didn't pay because her lawyer told her not to. Get real! You knew this. The second owners had no problem because all of the above named problems were fixed by then!

First of all, the first I heard of any problems was today when a mutual friend brought it to my attention that our company was reported on this website. The fact is that this particular customer failed to make any payments on time, always using a new excuse when our collections department called them, and making promises to pay that were never met. Not once was it mentioned to us that this vehicle had any problems, nor did we ever promise to give them a third seat. This vehicle was repossessed exactly 95 days after they took delivery, for failure to make payments. The customer had no conversation with the recovery company, as they stated. By the way, the new owners of the vehicle have had no problems with it and drive it daily.
