We contacted this company for a move from southern Il to Northern Tenn. I spoke to Tom a few times before we decided to go with them. I explained I need my stuff picked up on 11/7/15 and delivered 2 1/2 hours away. After they took our deposit of $600.00, they explained we would have to have 2 Cashiers Checks made out, 1 for when they loaded for $500.00  and one for $500.00  when they unloaded.

They promised we would have 4-5 men come, pack up our stuff, wrap furniture, take apart furniture and then when deliverd, unwrap furniture, unpack and put furniture together. Well...only TWO dirty men in a dirty old truck showed up. Up until the day of the move, we did not know if and when they were even coming? I have records of 57 phone calls in 5 days. Names, times and conversations. They give you BS stories, don't return your calls. It was a nightmare!After 2 days of screming and yelling to find out when they were coming, they send a totally different trucking company than the one we had the cashiers checks made out too!

They were NOT going to take my stuff...luckly they were nice enough to contact the trucking company the checks were made out too and they agreeed to pay this company. They did not have to pack my stuff, wrap my furniture or take it apart or put it together. It got to the point the coward men from National Moving would not even take my calls. The poor girl who answered the phone each time had to listen to me each time i insisted on speaking to someone. Had to hold for 15-20 minutes before they knew I wasn't going away. 

We called them 2 weeks before the move to let them know they forgot to put the King size bedroom set in the contract, they said no problem..they would update in their system Guess what? Never did. The trucking companies charge you .60 cents for every pound your over?? And..they want payment before they unload. Gee...wonder how many times that happens?? I am making it my project over the next year to make sure this company does not do this to anymore people.

Good news people.....I have a news station interested in going after National Moving Group and other Moving Companies! They plan on doing a story! Also....contacted my State Rep. and starting a petition to get ALL moving companies to STOP doing thescams they do! Have a great Xmas NMG!!! See you soon....

I am the one who had to keep calling. I have records of that. YOU NEVER called to let us know when you were coming. WE had to keep calling and calling. Do you really think I would be this upset if your company called me and told me which day and approximate time?????

You know very well.....you did NOTHING you said your company was going to do. You are a scam company and I intend to prove that! I gave you an opportunity to make good on the diaster you caused and you chose not too! I hope I hear back from the news stations and they do a story. I have records of calls, conversations and also video of the drivers, truck and the phone call when you sent the WRONG trucking Co. The only reason they even came was because you tried last minute to get someone. You screwed us and you screwed them.

National Moving Group, did pick you up on the windows you reserved your move with, you did call numerous times trying to find out when the driver will be showing up. We explained to you when they were showing up and you did not like the time we gave you. National Moving group promises a 2 day window we cant guarantee a time. We understand you were not happy with the service but you did have more items and that is the reason your priced change.
