I originally signed up for the class on May 7 2014, I spoke with a lady by the name of Toni, she explained the training to me and said they get you ready for all the title companies they use and told me I could wait to go to seminar when they came to Houston on the 28th or they have a webinar every wednesday at 7pm. I asked would I get my certificate asap and she said yes after you pass test you get certificate. She took my payment and then told me that the system they use for webinar was down and the classes would be given on Thursday instead of Wednesday because of this. She said you will recieve receipt saying its for Wednesday just ignore it it will actually be Thursday. So Thursday came and no call or email from them with my webinar login info. I started calling them at noon on that Thurday, leaving messages and sending emails to no avail. They never answered the phone, they never returned my calls or my emails.....Nothing

I finally got a hold of them the following week on Tuesday because I called them anonymously and Toni answers the phone apologizes profusely and states she has been out since Thursday (what a coincidence) and assures she will find out what happened and get back to me, and because of my inconvenience she offers me another training and of course I take her seriously and accept and wait on her to get back to me and she never does...It then takes me another 4-5 days to finally get someone to answer the phone again and a lady answers says she is the manager and I go right in telling her i want a refund I think they are ripping people off and I never recieved my training, no call back like they say, no return email Nothing!!!and I left over 20 emails and messages on their vm. I told her when you call in the machine says they are busy but you can hold and after 11 mins it hangs up on you and her reply is they have been really busy and that is the problem but she will take care of it immediately and assures me they are not trying to rip me off and she will send me the Webinar info asap and she does but for the following week and I call her back to advise I need the class for this week since it Monday and their should be one for this Wednesay and she send me one for this week. On Wednesday I log into Web and a guy name Robert Guiffrida is hosting the class, he asked if we will all agree to split the class into 2 nights so it wont be so much becuase he said its a lot to learn and we said yes so he emails us a copy of a loan doc and the loan doc glossary we will need and the U tube video of Wayne Clemons Jr (who actually explained better than him) and said he was logging off. He then sent out this email thanking me for attending his training which sent up Red Flags becuase we werent done yet. The next day I tried to log in with the same log in as the day before and it didnt work so i started emailing him telling him I needed login for second part of trainging and he never answered, I emailed him at least 4 times and continued to call the office and still got nothing. I thought ok dont panic I still have Webinar invite for the 28th class so I will take that class and it will be fine and guess what??? He never even held that class, the system said to hold for the rest of the people to join the conference and no one ever came on I Held for 2 hours and nothing...I logged off and logged back in in literally 1 min and it said Thanks for joining the conference. Are You Serious!!!! and since them I have not been able to get in contact with this company and to top it off the phone has been busy for the last week. No matter what time you call busy busy busy. I just want my money back. This is ridiculous that they rip people off, I am unemployed with no income coming in at all and don't have money to just give away. I want a refund.
