I received a bill from a company, National One Telecom charging for Pay-Per-View Websites. The charges for the total amount of $32.00 show having been made to United Kingdom on 6/30/04 for 4 mins each at 11:18 AM and 11:58 AM. I have checked and there is no record that we had ever used any website to the United Kingdom. They show on on the statement that both calls went

to 44 87911901.

I have tried to contact this company and have not located any phone number or address to dispute this call. They have sent me a second notice of Past Due. I refuse to pay this bill because I feel this is a ripoff.

I also have two phone charges to the same identical numbers in the United Kingdom and the same time and date. However this total charge of $15.92 was issued through my local phone company, SBC, under USBI. SBC has given me credit and has sent notice to the company, TELLIS,which shows on the billing is the company that these charges are being billed on behalf of TELLIS.

I would appreciate if you could look into this matter of these two charges being issued by these two rip off companies.
