Ordered a cat 3116, told 4 weeks, took 3 months. Arrived damaged in 6 different ways including: fuel pump, fuel lines, cracked exhaust manifold etc. (shame on the engine builder too. It was NEVER rebuilt, just painted!)

Vern the customer service rep doged calls, until I finall got very sick and started calling both Vern and Lary Pryor at home. Filed a claim with my credit card company. They wouldn't pick up my core, or return the money they owed on it. 

I left it to my cc card company to handle until the turbo blew after 700 miles. Had 3k of repair bills in Texas after truck left me stranded with 7 horses in a trailer on a 90 degree day. 

Their M/O is bate and switch, late delivery, selling used as reman, claiming "shipping damage", and not returning any phone calls. I now perfectly well, they filed a fales claim with YRC who shipped the engine to me claiming damage. 

Thank goodness I have a credit card company who will go to bat for me.
