National Rebate Fund,Inc Fund Administrators,LLC Promised to refund 50% of the cost of Lasik eye surgery,in the amount of $2,450.00.When claim sent it was returned,PLACE DOES NOT EXIST!!!! Grand Junction, Colorado
I am very upset!!! I was promised a refund of $2,450.00 for having Lasik eye surgery.
I sent the initial registration stub like I was instructed to do.(in 2007)
I then waited the 47 months to send the claim form for my refund.(June 2011)
I received the envelope back,saying the place does not exist!!!
It cost me $20.00 to mail the info to them by registered mail!!(twice)
I want my money!!!! This is wrong,wrong,wrong!!!!
They need to pay what was promised,after I followed their instructions did what I was asked.
