National Safety Council Online Defensive Training Course Deceiving Company who doesn't care about people, only profit and greed Internet
Was on website to get discount on my car insurance, my state only allowed drivers over the age of 50 to get the discount and during the course it asked for my age range and I selected the 25 and under bracket for being 25. After doing this course I am told my state won't take it so I go to request a refund for after talking to my insurance company, they told me to contact this company. Wow they have great customer service, they say that it is not the problem or responsibility, the rep on the phone said you should read things better, I don't care that you did not understand what was there, she kept trying to get off the phone and hang upend said she wishes she's sorry theres nothing she can do but clearly a $20 refund for there deceiving action would make sense. Oh and maybe actually speaking to me with respect and professionally instead of like you just want to go home with a rude tonality.
