I was contacted by National Website Strategies about an online pharmacy business. They told me that there would be a minimal investment to start an online company to earn money through online purchases. They sold me the website and sent me to Freedom Advertising and told us we needed them to advertise it.

Freedom Advertising made false promises and said that I needed to spend between $5,000 to $20,000 on their advertising and that I would get a return of $40,000 to $100,000 a year. I spoke with Dave Johnson and he said that during the first 6 months I should receive between $4000 and $5000 dollars per month with an investment of $9880.00. So, I put the amount on my credit card in April 2008 and have yet to see one dollar.

I have contacted Freedom Advertising, but they kept putting me off and telling me to wait a few more weeks and I would start to see a return. Still nothing. I have been extremely frustrated and feel like I have been "taken." When I contacted Freedom Advertising and told them that I planned on disputing the amount with our credit card company, they threatened to sue me and it would end up costing me $20,000.00.

I truly believe that Freedom Advertising is running a scam. They lure you in with the promise of earning a good return on your money, but they really just take your money and claim that they have created some type of advertising for you. There is no proof of anything they have done. They claim to be bringing people to my website, but there is no proof of that, just simply stats and numbers that they probably falsify themselves.

They lured me in by telling me that many people have done this and are making great money. Yet, when contacted by American Express, they stated that they cannot make people open their wallets and buy from the website. Yet, this is exactly what they said would happen. I belive that this company needs to be investigation to see if it is legitimate and I truly hope that other people are not lured in by them.
