NTB changed my oil and also told me I needed a new battery and wheel alignment. I went to another local repair shop and they checked the battery with a meter and examined the wheels for possible alignment problems. They found the battery to be fine shape and the alignment OK as well. The service manager asked who did the service. I told him it was NTB. He said he doubted that they would be in business long. The problem, he said, is that people like that give everyone in the business a bad name. I told him that from now on all of our cars are coming to his shop.
