National Travel Planners Unresponsive and unreliable Las Vegas Nevada
In June of 07 I was contacted by National Travel planners regarding a tradeshow that we were attending. They had mentioned they were responsible for all hotel reservations for the show. I had also heard from the show planners that we would be contacted for our hotel reservations. I made a reservation for 6 people. My credit card was immediatly charged.
Three months later I get a call that we are being move to a location furthur from the show site because the hotel we were at was overbooked. I told them that is not acceptable and I wanted to stay where we were. They said they were unable to do that so I reluctantly gave in. The show came and went and everything seemed fine, then two of the people attending had their credit cards charged by the hotel because National Travel Planners did not pay the hotel.
I have called several times to find out what is going on and nothing is happening. I am now calling and getting a busy signal. DO NOT USE NATIONAL TRAVEL PLANNERS!!!
