NYS Steals, Cheats and jeopardizes the safety of young kids. No back ground checks for Sexual Offenders. Really? The current soccer fields used by NYS at Canon put the kids safety at rick, there are holes the size of soccer balls on all the fields, no parking, 1 portable restroom that smells like death. Some parents left the game to use the restroom. Several parents have complained but no action has been taken. When are us parents going to take a stand and stop putting our kids at risk?

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback in relation to our organization.  We are happy to announce that we have made wholesale staff changes to our Nevada program.  Unfortunately, previous
administration allowed the league to falter, but our President has now spent the last two months in Nevada revamping the program, training new staff, and putting some much needed TLC into the program.  We hired and trusted individuals that were given the job to uphold the mission of our company and they did not.  We are excited at what our President has done over the last two months and are excited with the future of our
Nevada program!  This Fall we had over 5,000 kids enrolled due to all the positive buzz created by the changes.  We would hope you would take the time to give us an opportunity to show what great programs we have to offer!

I have a child in this sports league.  My child has been injured because the league has repeatedly hired referees and site supervisors that cannot handle their jobs.  They have net been able to, or refused to recognize safety issues when they come up, such as youth coached to injure other players, unsafe play areas, etc.

For example, there is a nice field at a school called Henderson International where they hang a soccer net to get it out of the way, and as long as they've been doing that it's been hung at the perfect height to catch a child's head in the helmet and snap his neck.  At Aviary park in North Las Vegas, there are metal soccer goals sitting on the side lines, right on the line.  This will kill a child but the league is too lazy to move them.

Along with the holes in the field you mention, lights are frequently off as the league has repeatedly tried to make deals with location owners that fail so the league can pocket the money that was supposed to be for lighting.  This was a constant problem at Green Valley High School, and the principal confirmed they were not paid.  There are still locations for practice that do not have restrooms available at all.

All that being said, NYS does run background checks for coaches, and they are issued a card.  Do you know of a sexual offender present anywhere around children?  If so, please notify the police immediately and NYS where applicable.  I'm sure we'd all like to know your specifics about the cheating and stealing, too.
