I was contacted by Emily @ Nationwide and she is nice. I was offered $180 for ALL my damages @ 60 cents/lb. Anthem Claims is trying to say my 7ft Armoire,a 9 drawer dresser, a King, Massive Head/footboard is a total of 300lbs! They are nuts..Its common sense that pieces like that weigh lots more than that..The Armoire alone weighs more than that!!Brandi said she would go directly to USA Relocation to see if they will pay the difference to fix the items, but he of course said NO.I am getting the run around once again.I will most likely have to pay almost$300 out of MY pocket....I understand its 60 cents a pound, but these items are WAYYY over that...This is a joke!!!

Congratulations on going with the "cheapest" company you could find. After reading thorugh so many rip-off report complaints I can't help but notice that most of them say something to the effect of "I decided to go with the cheapest quote" which is why you are in the position that you are in now. I quote many of these very same people and hear it every day. People, wake up....Cheapest is not the best when it comes to moving all of your lifelong possesions. In the end, you pay more than the most expensive quote. Don't cry and whine about it now, you were told this by many other companies and in the process of trying to "save a buck" you spent more in the long-run and now you have the nerve to complain about it?

Unlike the other moving companies, we are not on here to tell 'our side' of the story. We do not want to argue or put down a customer who is angry enough to go on the internet and file a report about our company. That is our fault as a company if we let it get to that point. However we do want to rectify the situation with you, and the way that we go about that with quality service is through Athem Claims Management. Please contact them or our customer service so that we will have a chance to make the situation right. Anthem Claim Management 2351 W.
