October 3, 2008 signed pool contract. After many mistakes by Nationwide Pools, Inc. (NWP). I tired to walk away from the contract and was threatened with liens and legal fees if NWP was not to complete the pool.

November 17, 2008 NWP broke ground with the incorrect plans. NWP offers a 45 day guarantee completion time for the pool. Today is February 16, 2009 and NWP has not tiled the pool yet. NWP has 60% of my money and has only completed 30% of the work.

I have contacted the Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DPBR) and I am awaiting a return phone call from a supervisor. I am also looking for someone that has an attorney that may be familiar with NWP or if there is anyone with insight as to what may be the most effective way to deal with NWP.

NWP had yet to provide a itemized list for the pool's expense, after several requests, or correct plans to even build the pool.

Nationwide Pools - Keith Stuart - Matt Barrass - Lisette Figueroa. Used a bait and switch advertisement, committed fraud, made legal and persona threats over phone and tried to extort money from us! Pompano Beach florida

Anthony Miami, Florida 5/5/2009 please file a report with Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations. I know they are currently investigating Keith Stuart and NWP on my behalf. I am sure multiple complaints will draw a closer eye from the DBPR. I will also look for an advertisement in the local papers for any class action lawsuit against Keith Stuart of NWP. I will attempt to place an ad myself on the first Sunday of June's paper in the Miami Herald regarding a class action lawsuit. Good luck!
