IF YOU'RE PLANNING TO HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYHTING, WORD OF ADVISE...DON'T!!!

In the beginning, when Mark came to our home to sell us this pool, he promised us the stars (5/8/2012).  The prices were definitely not the bargain, but since soooo many warranties were promised, we figured we were better off paying more to get more. WRONG!!! Although we paid more, we're over 90 days into our project and we still have a huge hole with nothing but concrete.  At first we were promised 45 days, then it turned into 60, which turned into "whenever we get to it." Its been a hassle from day one, when our permits sat in the city after approval for at least 10 days without anyone to pick them up or even be aware that they were ready.

Although we hired this company, it feels like we're the one doing the work, because if it wasn't because I called the city to find the status of the permits, they would still be sitting there (not to mention the fact that they were rejected several times because they were wrong---mind you, they claim to have "THEIR OWN PERMITTING DEPT").  Once that was done, they apologized profusely and promised to do better.  WRONG AGAIN.  They finally came to start digging on July 16th, 2012.  Well, although Jim, our pool manager told us that the digging would be complete in a day or so, it took them 3 weeks to do this.  And only after constant calls from me, did they even get that done.  (not to mention the fact that in the middle of the digging they found "soft ground" which cost us $4800 more-- it was sooooo rare here in south Florida..yeah right).

Well moving on...between the promises that workers would be here the next day, to vague excuses when they didn't show up (at least 5 times the workers had problems getting here), now they promise that it will be done "soon."  Soon for these people means at least a month, on top of the 3 months we've already been waiting.  I'm fed up with being patient and reasonable.  Now that I'm out $40k for a pool that's smaller than "average" (this came from their mouth-Mark's) and all I have to show for it is the pit in my backyard.  According to them "we're in the home stretch", but I really don't believe them anymore since I've been deceived soooooo many times before.

Word of advise...don't deal with these people, they will sell you nothing more than empty promises.  EVEN IF YOU GET IT IN WRITING, once there's a pit in your backyard, you'll think twice or ten times before changing companies and having to get new permits and all.  I can only hope that they actually come through this time (although I sooooo doubt it) and finish this up within the next 2 weeks like they claim they will; if they do, I'll definitely post it up.
