It took them 6 months to complete a pool and it still is not right.   No one returns phone calls or emails.  They sure were here for there money every step of the way.  I seen the Project Manager 4 times total, 3 times to pick up a check and once when I called and told them to send someone to clean up the yard immediately.  I had to deal with sub contractors directly.....what is the use in hiring a company when you can hire and deal with sub contractors yourself if that is what it is going to be.  They send untrained employees to preform work.  The guy that put the salt in told me that he had no training what so ever and they just enter chemicals as they think....no measuring.  Because of this, after 2 months....I still have extremely high level of salt and have had to spend money to try and correct the issue.  That is after he had to come back several times because the plumbing on the pool was stopped up.  They say there has been a work order out there for over 4 months for one of their sub contractors to come and fix his work.  I even had a letter from the screen company telling me they were going to file a lien on my house if they were not paid, which Nationwide collected that portion of the payment before they would even schedule the screen to be installed.


The salesman will sell you the world but it is all lies.  I have yet to have a single representative contact me in the last 4 months about my pool.
