Although I would like to forget the nightmare pool project that Neil Murphy, Mike Murphy and Chris Michaels are equally guilty of perputating fraud on, it is difficult to forget when our $150K pool project continues to eat at my bank account. Due to the countless and endless problems that are not resolvable, we will likely have a crew come in to drain the pool, tear it out and relandscape our backyard at an additional cost of $90K! Their greed, avarice, no ethics approach to doing business is beyond comprehension.
I am agahst at Chris Michael's reply that says he would not have been able to close on his home loan had he quit his job. What he would have people believe is that if he returned my calls, or text message or e-mails, he he would have been fired by Neil or Mike Murphy. Really?!?!?!?! How about doing the right thing and call your customer back when things were gonig so badly and since you live 5 minutes away from our home! How about putting yourself in your customer's position and standing tall if you know something is wrong. The sign of someone's true character often reveals itself during challenging times. Having you tell us that you were more concerned that you would lose your job or not be able to close on your loan is a selfish and pathetic response! By having you not call us back, or ever follow through with an apology, tells us everything we know about you and your lack of ethics.
I also became aware of a conversation you had with a construction contact where you accused me of hacking into your pool design website and posting pornographic images. Even if I was capable of doing that, I would never resort to tha level of abominable behavior. If that was your way of deflecting the issue, it didn't work and my construction contact, who you know, is also one that will never recommend you for any pool design project.
I can only hope that you and your family move out of the area so I don't have to run into you at a school sporting event, restaurant, or any where else in the Allen, Fairview, Lucas, Parker, McKinney, Plano, TX area.

I was hired at Natural Blue Pools to design and sell swimming pools. Natural Blue Pacific Pools L.L.P is owned by Harvey Dalton , Mike Murphy, and Neil Murphy. I did not write checks, purchase materials, or be included in corporate meetings or any other fiduciary duties. Neil Murphy was the construction manager who scheduled and managed construction and service. Mike Murphy sold swimming pools.
I have never worked with a construction manager who never returned client phone calls, texts, or emails like Neil Murphy. On several occasions he would disappear for days without showing up to work or even returning Mike his partners phone calls.
I have spent 32 years selling and designing and managing swimming pool companies for some of the areas top companies. I've sold pools for many friends and neighbors. One friend referred me to the Andersons in Cumby and another long time friend referred me to Greg and Paula Hughes in Lucas. The Hughes are actually neighbors of mine. I would have never sold pools tio either family if I would have known how poorly they would be treated by Natural Blue Pools in Mckinney.
I was told I would be able to manage the $133,000. anderson pool if I sold it because Neil didnt want to drive to Cumby. So I told this to the Andersons and as soon as we started the pool I was ordered off the job by Mike Murphy because Neil Murphy did not want me wasting gas driving to Cumby. The project became a mess. A tile wall on the negative edge weir was changed by Neil to stone and it was not sealed and the pool was a salt water pool! A leaking pipe was gunited in to the pool and left draining sludege into the pool for no reason and the pool was filled and never properly started up. Marty Anderson would call me for help because neither Murphy would return his calls. I was told by Mike several times that they were going out to Cumby to fix the problems but they never did. It was awful not being able to help.
The Hughes project had similar issues, no follow up and no communication and poor workmanship and I could not help and was actually ordered to stay out of it! My wife and I had built a house and if I quit Natural Blue Pools we would not been able to close on our mortgage and possibly lost our home. I was trapped. As soon as we closed I quit the company.
I have never seen a company not care about its customers or warrant its product as poorly as Natural Blue Pools. It was a terrible mistake for me to work for them and I am sorry I could not help the people I sold a Natural Blue pool too. I have had people say they have left 7 messages for the construction superintendent and never got a return response. I am disgusted with what they did to these people not one of them deserved these results.
