NAVATRANS I.N.C. Lisa Masters. Dustin is the vice president in ohio is a non paying bad credit freight brokering company st. cloud fl-hilliard oh, Florida
I leased my tractor trailer on to this company on 8-18-2011 and had to pay for my D.OT. drug test as well as other equipment that I had to buy & overnight mail for their bills of lading to get to them in a timely manner. On the 3rd week of employment , I was strung along from Lisa, she told me that I would be payed after a one week period of withholding, All she came up with were lies, telling me that she hadn't been payed and that I would have to wait for mine. On Thursday of the 3rd week I told her that I couldn't keep paying for fuel for my van to get to my truck to go to work. I had already had 2 overdrafts on my bank account as a result of not being payed and that Florida power and light was going to disconnect my power , and they did on that Thursday that I would no longer work for less than nothing, while they were there at my house I called here ,she told me to write a check and she would cover it she never did. Her vice president is a liar saying that I owe then money for insurance on my truck and cheated me on the rates that I was quoted from them for pulling the loads..These freight brokers are bad people to work for and need their license revoked , They have cost me lot of money that I didn't have & grief & frustration and all they can say now is that is that I will be talking to their attorney, I cant wait, If I had the cash they would be talking ti mine first. They & all the rest of their kind need to be stopped, once and for all. Last time I spoke to Dustin he answered the phone as the dispatcher so some other owner operator is getting ripped off.

In response to the Ripoff report made by Darren Baker, he had leased on with NavaTrans a motor carrier with brokerage authority, and from the 1st load was always given upfront advances for his fuel. when he had approached me about his utilites, I advanced him the monies to cover his cost and to take care of his unsufficient funds charges that he had prior to his electric bill.
Darren borrowed more money from the Company than he made. He also called a Customer using his Companies name Blue Devil Trucking to lie about not being paid for a load. he had lied and told the company that NavaTrans double brokered the load to his company Blue Devil, when in fact, he was leased on under NavaTrans authority and Insurance and had failed to let the customer know this, only to be double paid for this load.
This guy wants something for nothing. Due to his lack of inabilities to manage his finances, he will never make it as a professional "Truck Driver" working for himself. Darren, it's drivers like you that give the word "Truck Driver" a bad name. Get a real job. Wal-Mart is hiring for seasonal stockers.
