I paid Naviplus $1500 for a brand new Chrysler 300C Navigation unit. The company sent me (2) used navigation units and has refused to refund my $1500. The first unit was heavliy damaged and was far from new. The company made all kinds of excuses and finally agreed to send me another unit. The second unit was also damaged because it didn't power on. I returned both units and I am still waiting for a my refund. Vitaliy Sokolov, the owner of the company has made no attempts in solving the problem and I have had to file a chargeback with my credit card company. DO NOT deal with this company. They might be working under different names but check the address and name whom your dealing with. They sell junk and will not honor a refund or warrenty even after both items have been returned.

Update: Paypal and credit card company agree for a chargeback

It's been about 2 months since this all started and finally I got some good news. I paid this company $1500 via Paypal and I was luck enough that I used a credit card and not my bank account. After filing a dispute with Paypal (which was denied by Paypal) I had to resort to filing complaints with different law enforcement agencies. Naviplus didn't care who I was filing reports with and basically laughed at my expense and told me I wasnt going see a refund from them. Not wasting anytime I asked for a chargeback, Paypal reopened the dispute but closed it again because of the chargeback from my credit company. Naviplus ignored the chargeback warning from Paypal and instead of Naviplus trying to work things out, Paypal had to call Naviplus and ask them for proof so Paypal could fight the chargeback. Of course Naviplus had no proof and Paypal basically closed the case and have said they won't fight the chargeback for Naviplus. I'm now waiting for the credit but as for Naviplus DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS. I'm thankful I paid using my credit card and i'm happy that these crooks will have to deal with Paypal and basically pay back the $1500 that Paypal has to give my credit card company for the scam that Naviplus comitted.
