Just to clarify Nazir or Bahram or Bram as he likes to be called WAS CONVICTED AND WENT TO JAIL so don't listen to his pathetic whining about being innocent because he was not and is not now...

I have also had many issues with this horrible person and wish to remain annonymous as he can be very dangerous and vindictive.

Don't trust him ~ in the two years I have known him I witnessed lies on a regular basis ~ non-rental payments consistently ~ he enjoys taking landloards and even people who thought they were his friend to court ~ he has committed Real Estate Fraud again recently with an Esso Gas Station deal that I hope he never sees the commission from.

My name is Bahram Piravogi.

Jill Condy madeup a bogus report against me 5 years ago on this website. I did not bother to respond because it didn’t affect my life or my relationship with new or existing people who I am facing or dealing with everyday.

But today it’s time to speak up and expose the real Jill Condy because her lies caused a disturbance to one of the dearest and most innocent person in my life.

A few days ago, because of Jill Condy’s lies, my 16 years old son was harassed and threatened by a convicted criminal named KAYLA BAMFORD living in Port Perry, Ontario, working at photos unlimited, walmart in Uxbridge, Ontario.

Kayla Bamford was dealt with accordingly by authorized personnel yesterday.

I met Jill condy through a for rent ad on kijiji in December 2010. I rented her unit for a one year term. Before I move in, she invited me for a Christmas dinner which I was not be able to make it. When I was moving into Jill’s rental unit on December 30th, my next door neighbour who knew her, warned me about Jill’s behaviour so I decided to keep my relationship with Jill as Landlord/tenant.

Jill invited me for new years eve to her place which I declined. She was tremendously upset and angry.

During the course of my residency at her rental unit, Jill Condy was entering my residence illegally numerous times for invalid reasons such as bringing food or coming in with a bottle of wine. One time she entered my bathroom while I was in the shower and when I warned her, she agreed to to enter my unit without informing me and a reasonable notice. Until my girlfriend moved in with me in April 2011.

Jill Condy’s anger was accelerated, She was sending notices asking my girl friend to get out and harassing me with by bringing her ex husband named Scott who was a retired Police officer. One time I recorded Scott and Jill’s Threats while they were inside my unit and played it for them so they leave me alone.

She was not maintaining the essential problems in the unit and I decided not to pay her the full rent. The matter was resolved in Court.

Jill Condy was rejected by me and this was the main reason to create the article about me on this site. She is a sad and lonely person who can not handle rejection.

I would like to justify her bogus about me putting a gun on a woman and the previous employer whom she claims I owe $20,000 to.

The person whom Jill Condy refers as my previous employer is named PAYMAN KHANLARI and he was The vice president of the company called TRICELL.

Tricell was one of the authorized dealers for Rogers communication and operating approximately 16 franchises of Rogers wireless throughout Ontario.

I purchased a franchise from them in August 2007 for $85000.00 which was located at 1350 St. Clair Ave west in Toronto.

In October 2009 Tricell informed all franchisees That Rogers communications is not going to renew their contract with Tricell but all franchisees are being offered some settlements from Tricell based on their productions and if we refuse the offer, we must shut our doors without getting anything.

Tricell offered me $25000 which I did not accept (I had a $65000 loan on the business)

So Payman Khanlari Added $20000.00 more to his offer which I had no choice other than accepting it so at least I can pay some of the loan paid off and the check was issued to the person I owed the money to.

So Jill Condy’s claim about me owing my employer is nothing but another bogus.

I feel sorry for you Jill, go get or find someone, or something that can get you out of your sad and miserable life.

FARI MADANI is the name of the woman whom Jill claims I rubbed.

She is a realtor working at REMAX in Richmond Hill Ontario

I was in an intimate relationship with Fari Madani from November 1998 till March 1999 and the reason I had to get out of the relationship, was because I found out she was married to Thaghi Mdani whom by the way was her Cousin.

Even though I broke up with her, she never stopped stalking me and because of that I had to even transfer to a different office which it actually didn’t work and she still followed me and got herself hired by my new employer.

When I got married in year 2000, Fari Madani started being more aggressive to the point of even threatening to kill herself, to kill me and my wife.

To make the long story short, Fari Madani set me up which caused me being arrested and charged with the accusation that Jill Condy is talking about and there was also an article in a newspaper In April 2003.

Fari Madani’s Lies was exposed in the court and I was acquitted from those charges.
