NBC Skye Logistics Refusal to refund money paid for undelivered items

NBC Skye Logistics are rogues. My purchase was handled by their staff named Doris. Everything went on fine until i received my goods. I checked at their warehouse together with their staffs and 2 of my items were missing. I contacted her (Doris) immediately and she started ignoring me. Initially she was responsive but suddenly stopped They were meant to check the goods and have a chat with the seller before purchase but i doubt that.
Some of the clothes are totally different from what i sent to her. The quality is very poor. I didn't even complain about the quality but the missing dresses. Doris stopped responding to my messages and i reported to another of their staff (Daniel) he also responded to me very well until i mentioned the issue to him and he also stop responding. Dealing with them is very awful and frustrating.
I will never make that mistake ever again No matter how nice they sound before purchase, don't fall for it....that will totally change after payment
