I have never done such a thing!! I only have my account and nothing else. This is a very serious matter and I need this esculated or at least a phone call. I repeat that i have the upmost integrety. No one has access to my account but me or i anyone elses.

I am realy upset of this accusation!! The game is unimportant! This si a serious matter of being accused of any thieft. I suggest that you immediately recheck your facts and clear my name. I do not steal and as stated before I am responseable for all data pertaining to minors (students) in 80 plus schools for the Brevard Public Schools. I have a secret secruity clearence. I play the game for fun not to be accused of a crime. Put yourself in my shoes and were accused of such a thing. Please correct this now.

This mail is to notify you that your account was discovered violating the User Agreement by involvement in the accessing of another users account without their authorization and removing or receiving items from that account.

If we terminate this Agreement under any circumstances, you will lose access to your Account for the balance of any prepaid period without any refund.
(b) You agree that if the service or your account is terminated or cancelled for any reason or length of time, you are not entitled to any reimbursement or refund of any fees or unused access time.

WHAT IS THIS ABOUT? I am a public servent and retired military with a high security clearence. I need to know right away. I make a livlehood as a computer technician for the Brevard Public Schools, Melbourne Florida. I pay for my accounts and never steal. I must maintain the highest integrety in my postion. If I am accused of any theft , this jeopardizes postion. I have the highest intergrety! Please fix this ASAP. You can call me 321-253-8613. I have had this acconut for almost 2 years. This is and outrages charge!!

I also emailed NC Soft a nice long email last night. I am doing everything I can to make sure they take the ban away from you rummy. Basically what happend is I had Pens items on an alt because the clan warehouse was full. Pen called up NC Soft and threw up the big red flag saying he was hacked and someone stole everything. According to NC Soft here is the deffinition of being "Hacked" ---NCsoft considers "hacking" to be the criminal act of creating and distributing malicious software onto your machine without your consent, usually via a keylogger or Trojan. It is important to understand that NCsoft does NOT recognize a "hacked" account to be the theft of items resulting from account sharing, trading, or selling. The integrity, security and interactions of characters on an account are the sole responsibility of the account owner, and not NCsoft's.--- So from there (as I explained to Penguin last night) I was holding his equipment until I had a chance to tell him what was going on. When you "touched" the Drac bow to use for the olympics you were banned later for account theft.... because you had touched an item that came from a "Hacked" account. As stated above the account was not "Hacked" so NC soft has basically Banned your account without cause. I believe what they did was through out a big fish net on any and every toon that had contact with penguin or anyone that had contact with anyone that had contact with penguin (trading etc) and suspended them all until they could figure out what is going on. unfortunatly NC Softs customer service is absolute s**t and they could care less if they have f**ked up or not. Ive explained that the account was not "hacked" per their rules/codes etc and asked them to reinstate you rummy as all you did was use a clan weapon for the Oly, that you gave back!! A few things can happen here 1. Penguin can Email NC soft about his ticket, tell them what happened as far as account sharing and they may lift all of the ban's enabling Rummy to come back, and Ishmila and Penguins Items to be retrieved. 2. Penguin can choose to remain silent, let NC Continue down their path of burning people at the stake that didnt do anything wrong, in hopes that they believe him and return all his items and reinstate his Exp. 3. Penguin can lie about everything and say that his account was hacked/pw and account info was stolen in which case after looking at everyones logs and IP addresses when they logged on to what toon when, it much more likely that NC soft will tell penguin later that after review that his account wasnt hacked, it was account sharing in which case he is liable.... and rummy willl still be banned, and Penguins/Ishmila's equipment will be gone because Penguin knew it was account sharing and submitted a claim of being hacked. (Even though he didnt know it wasnt a hack until after the ticket... but NC soft is a bunch of assholes.. they wont care) 4. OR Nc Soft COULD ..... doubt it ... but COULD after further review, say "your account was not hacked" and reinstate littlerumrunner and lift the suspension of Pen and Ishmila's items. I personally am going with the result of #3 I SAID RESULT... nobody get their panties in a twist and said I called anyone a Liar.. I said result....RESULT of #3. to be continued......................
