Nelco, Curtis Nelson Poor Quality Work Vista CA
Curtis and his "company" have victimized countless employees and have not paid their wages for there work. He is also exploiting investors to move their money from one project to another to finance his projects. He is currently trying to build a home that is against code on Ebers and Greene in Ocean Beach. Google it for more info on his ethics. He has several claims against his bond and he is slowly eroding but is taking victims. There is rumor he is raising capital illegally to fund to large homes that he will likely pocket and run with. Stay away if you value your money!
