My wife ordered a "tattoo removal kit". we were not happy with it.
The website specifically states that if you return it, we will refund your money, but there is a 25 dollar restock fee.
We returned it, and now they stopped responding, the number used for contact (via text only) went to a random person who had no idea what I was talking about. I am going to contact the person I called and tell him to be aware that his phone number is possibly being spoofed.
