Net 10 is a complete sham. When I came to the company they offered  unlimited data, talk, and text at the  reasonable price of $50 per month. After having the service for several months I purchased activation kits for my mother, sister and girl friend. I had to setup the APN settings for their iPhones (2 iPhones ) and 1 Android phone by HTC. Without a delay each month they all had problems when it was time to replenish their accounts. MMS (picture mail) or DATA would not work properly or would be very unstable (only when the account was replenished) this lead to me having to consistently re-setup their settings that were already correct in the first place! 

 Knowing they we're correct I would also call the customer service number on their behalf. After sitting thru the menus and having to communicate with non human customer service ( a process that would take up to 45 minutes on some occasions) I would reach a representative that had little to no knowledge about the service or settings required to provision them correctly! This became very frustrating and was no coincidence as this was not a personal problem, the common denominator was NET 10! 

 I have had problems with my service for the last 3 months that make me completely unsatisfied. Knowing that my mother, sister and girl friend would have service interruptions every month I knew my issues were because I was being cheated out of what I was paying for. I would lose data for days at a time ( 2,3 or even 5 days sometimes)  picture mail would not work unless it was thru iMessage (very frustrating) as I communicate with many people who do not own an iPhone! 

 One month I was shut down for violating the terms and conditions (Unknowingly by calling a chat line) I was told that my violation was because I talked to a computer and that was a direct violation. For one I did not know I was in violation of the terms, secondly I was not cut off at the time I had made the violation but I was shut down the day my billing cycle ended ( 3 weeks later) after making my payment of $50 my service was not reinstated so I made a call and was told I would need to make another payment of $50 to reinstate my service because I was in violation. 

 So I made the payment because I needed my phone number of 10 years. Knowing I was scammed yet again. I kept on with everyday life. Out of all the companies I have  had for my mobile phone service NET 10 has got to be the worst as I believe them to have a controlled scam going on! I say this because no one is to blame for their shortcomings. Customer service will almost certainly tell you that you need to seek help by reading something on their website or by contacting the manufacturer of your phone whenever there is a problem or service interruption (Data or MMS not working) 

 The deal breaker was when my data was suspended for a cycle I did not begin! I did not want to have my service interrupted because I payed the day of my new cycle or because I payed it after it ended. Looking forward to a smooth transaction I replenished my account 1 day before it was due. This was a big mistake and was not beneficial at all as my data was suspended the next day. My problem is how? If my cycle did not begin then it is not possible for me to use the data for it. So with my account having a reserve of $50 I was sure it would restart the next day with the meter at 0. It did not! I was suspended. I have been calling NET 10 for a week and I have been transferred to a recorded message every single time I request to speak to a superior. I have called the least twice a day, waiting for up to 45 minutes each time to resolve this issue as I'm sure It is not a coincidence but a ccomplete sham! 

 At all cost stay away from this company! They do not value you as a customer! I speak on behalf of me, my sister, mother and my girl friend! Moving along with life and my mobile service provider!
