Net Support Services SCAM BUYER BEWARE DON'T ORDER FROM OXYCONTINRX.COM Miami Florida
I ordered 100 Oxycontin 20 mg. at a cost of $64.95 on Nov. 25, 2008. I faxed a copy of my personal check to Net Services Inc. at 305-359-5424.
They sent me a medical questionnaire, which I filled out and mailed back the same day it was received. There is no doubt as to the medical necessity of the OxyContin, as I suffer from renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer) that has spread to the bones and lungs, compression fracture of several vertabrae in my lower back, fibromyalgia, a broken leg at the moment, and a myriad of other health problems.
Since the check cleared my bank on 12-2-08, I have heard nothing from this company and have not received the medication. I have sent faxes three times asking for status and have not heard a word. I am now mailing them a letter, certified mail, return receipt requested, and am going to my bank tomorrow to file a dispute on the check. I also plan to turn the matter over to my local attorney general if I do not hear from them within 10 days.

Sharon! I went through the same process as you. I faxed a check for 64.95, filled out the medical questionnaire, etc... and 3 months later still no medication. I too tried various ways to get a hold of them without success. I now have the Dept. of Consumer Affairs here in Miami-Dade looking into it. Their address, for one thing, is just a PO Box I have been told. The dept. is still looking into it, but it doesn't look promising that we'll ever get our money back. Attempting to purchase a Schedule II controlled substance over the internet without a valid prescription is NEVER a good idea. Legitimate online pharmacies wouldn't make this drug available to you in the manner you described, as that isn't legal. Internet pharmacies are legally authorized to sell controlled substances ONLY when there is a VALID prescription from a DEA-registered practitioner who issued the prescription in the usual course of his or her professional practice. It is illegal to receive a prescription for a controlled substance without the establishment of a legitimate doctor/patient relationship. A patient completing a questionnaire that is then reviewed by a physician hired by or working on behalf of an Internet pharmacy does NOT establish a doctor/patient relationship. If your medical condition is actually as you described, you shouldn't have a problem obtaining a valid prescription for pain medication from your doctor. There are legit. online pharmacies out there - visit the DEA's website - specifically the Office of Diversion Control - for tips on how to determine if a site is trustworthy. They also provide info on how to report pharmacies that aren't following the law. If your condition isn't as you described, it would probably be in your best interest NOT to report the company to the AG's office, since your behavior would be under scrutiny as well. http://www.fda.gov/buyonlineguide/
