Netspend All Access Gift Card The Run-A-Round-Company Ripoff Austin Texas
June of this year, my son have the opportunity of going to Japan to wrestle, and we thought that giving him a Pre-Paid visa card would be best. Well.....we were wrong. My sone and four other indiviuals had gotten their cards ripped-off and so i called, and they said that they would place a stop on the cards, and refund me the remaining funds that were on the cards! Well it is August and still havent seen anything, and now i receive these letters in the mail stating that we have to sign a affidavit's for our gift cards and etc...
Well I would have to tell you that leading up to this point, I have called numerous times and even spoke with a manager and each and every person has given me a different reason and process that I will have to go through in order to receive our money.
Now keep in mind that these card are paid for by YOUR money, YOU pay the fees that is supposed to protect to for these types of situations.
Everytime i call them to discuss where my money is, they charge me by taking funds off of the balance of my cards just so they can feed me more of there bull$%&*!
When I do call, the person that I speak with cannot speak english, so i am not sure what they are saying.
Bottom line is that company is rip-off and the fees that you pay to some what protect you, they DO NOT!
Do not buy All Access Pre Paid Visa Cards!
