I am furious with this company and yes like many other people indicate I prssed 1 for ENGLISH. And talked to many different reps all with a different answer which entailed me to waste two days of bull.

It started on August 5th I used my card with a merchant for 50.00 this transaction came back as declined but NetSpend took this 50.00 out of my balance. That nite I sent an email to their customer service and the next day while at work I called them about the problem the first rep tried telling me they have to hold the fund for seven days. I said why? you can contact the merchant and they can prove it was denied. on with the 2nd call they told me to fax my data to a nbr which I did and waitted four hours and called back to get a second fax nbr to re-send. the next day I contacted them about the faxes and now I was told to have the merchant send the denied transaction to them. so now I have to argue with a second place which by the way claims they are just the receiver and had no control over the denial. NetSpend seems to want to hold my money for the seven days as a curtesy to the vender? How could the vender act on this denied transaction? Lie nbr one. does NetSpend use all the pending mode transactions for their own gain? where in the world could you use a card that is denied anywhere and then be in pending?? and yes Ive spoke to every ethnic group possible and when you are trying to resolve problems you need to understand what they are saying! This place needs to be investigated please help.... Do I forward this to the state of Texas banking practices or where. Diane
