I am conciencious about activating this new card. When I contacted Netspend All-Access to get more information. It was unclear about this upgrade.
Also the new card that was sent was blue, a choice I did not make. I currently have Netspend cards in Gold blue and in pink.
The pink was also a recent Premier upgrade. It would be confusing for two blue cards.
I wanted to be told that the cards that I have can be upgraded without the need of a new card. If a new card is necessary, then a card of my preference or color should be my choice.
Inasmuc MetaBank should provide more detailed information to the customer about the card exchanges by phone and not online only.
