netzero internet services totally deceptive company. a complete scam! Internet
I first saw an advertisement on tv for Netzero internet provider, i wish that i never had. Total ripoff... i thought it would be just an alternative to any internet provider i had ever heard of. I was was wrong.
I ordered the mobile hotspot device and in a couple of days i recieved it in the mail, an hour later i was off and running and an hour after that i had spent all of my data. I no longer could get on line. I feel violated.
When i first spoke to a representative i explained to him that i was an on-line gamer and he suggested the package that i ended up agreeing to. He never explained to me how fast 1000mbs would go. When i phoned Netzero to cancel my order, i was basically told i was out of luck when it came to getting a refund. Those of you out there beware.... Netzero is a a big time SCAM..
