A month ago I bought some products from the Neutratone company where I only had to pay the handling and shipping. Which they charged the same day. And the following month they made two charges, one of $ 78.95 and one of $ 42 both without authorization. They have to give me back my money.

Isa,

When you sign up for the trials - we give you 14 days from the time that you receive the products to try the products. You paid shipping and handling, the actual charge for the products themselves is with-held until your trial period ends.

During your trial period there was no request for a cancellation, there was no indication of lack of satisfaction with the products, and you kept the products.

After your trial period ended you were charged for the products you had received and kept.

There is no difficulty with cancelling. All it takes to cancel is a phone call to customer service, and then we give you the ability to cancel and return the product so long as you are within the terms and conditions under which you signed up.

We include a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee as well, so as long as you are within these terms there should be no difficulty in resolving your concern. Please contact customer support at your convenience.

This is one of those services/products that signs you up for monthly or bi-monthly shipments automatically when you request the trial product. Most of these skin care and makeup companies that advertise on the web or TV or elsewhere have become subscription based. For you, this means they charge you every month or every other month depending upon the "membership".  In fact, that is one of the keywords to look for in a website that indicates you will be charged further on a regular basis, usually monthly, for a continuing stream of products.  Cancel the service/product.  Do it exactly the way they instruct you to do it so you don't continue to get these shipments and these monthly charges. The instructions should be somewhere in the Terms and Conditions on the website or in the paperwork you received with the first shipment.

Contact your credit card co too to put a stop to the "membership" with this company.

I disagree with this type of marketing, but it is everywhere now; most especially with skin care and makeup products. You will have to be proactive in the future to make sure to steer around these type of membership websites. Good luck in getting a cancellation right away to stop future charges.
