Neutratone Anti-Aging Rejuvenating Skincare;Neutratone Products LLC I saw a banner ad online, The pictures were outstanding and, as pictures speak louder than any words, I responded to their trial offer, The offer did not specifically state they would charge your account if you ordered the product, They were only charging shipping fees to try the product. I tried it and wasn't impressed--my face looks the same as it did when I first put it on. Sad, but true, another "rip-off" anti-aging miracle cream than did nothing to improve my skin.

Within 30 days, Neutratone charged my checking account $98. What? I didn't reorder.....I wasn't informed that I had to cancel at any time. My confirmation email from them did not state I had to cancel any reorder and/or return the merchandise. This was an UNAUTHORIZED debit, I have filed a claim with my bank and now I have to wait for a new card. During Christmas time -- of all the times -- to have to wait for a new card because of this trickery.Neutratone is a rip-off. They need to go back and train on good business practices and fraudulent advertising. They did pass on "Rip-Off Artistry 101." Howver I bank with a good bank, one of the big ones, and they'll take care of this and get my money back. Shame on Neutratone. Santa should give them coal under their tree

A banner ad caught my interest -- anti-aging and an all-in-one product. The before-and-after photos were striking and believable.  They offered a free sample for shipping at low cost.  I was a sucker for that one. The offer only stated you had to pay a low shippping price -- that was all.  Nothing in the order instructions stated you had to cancel or they would charge you for the next order.

The free sample was shipped on November 14th. I found out today, December 7th my bank account was charged $98+  I was shocked. I looked at my confirmation order and nothing in it reiterated any charges in the future, no disclaimer  was made that I had to cancel to avoid further charges, nothing to indicate I would be responsible for any future charges.

In addition, the product did not work for me as it did for all the beautiful photos they presented to hook you. I wasn't planning on trying it any further.

I want my money back. I have filed a claim with my bank. They are processing a fraud claim, unapproved debit,  This is false and misleading advetising and misuse of the internet.

I hope others are not taken by this company but I have already seen one on Rip Off Report from another person who ordered from Neutratone -- same circumstance.

#2UPDATE Employee ..inside information

Tue, March 15, 2016

I've fully read this report and intend to reply with information regarding this customers experience.

The pictures on our website are people who had taken a picture before they used our product (the Neutratone Anti-Aging Treatment), and took another picture after they had used the product for a period of at least two weeks or more.

When this customer responded to our trial offer it took them to our trial website, where the offer specifically states in the offer terms that this is an opportunity for them to try the product for 14 days, they may call to cancel before that period of time ends, to cancel if the product is not a fit for their skin.

Besides this we offer generous time extensions, and 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, and full time customer support that is reachable by an 800 number and an email address. This program is truly advantageous to those who sign up for it and follow the terms of the offer.

We have never made an unauthorized debit from any customers account, any debit made is done on the basis of the customers authorization provided when they first agree to our terms and conditions by submitting their order on our trial offer website.

Sometimes when customers sign up for a trial and they don't cancel the subscription, they may feel as if we wrongfully charged them, and they may contact their bank with this version of events. The bank then has a responsibility to their customer to investigate the matter, and often times we provide the evidence to their bank that shows that they did indeed sign up and authorize the transactions.

Additionally the product is not a small size it's explained that it's a 45 Day Supply of product at minimum. Results vary in skin care so we understand that it may not benefit everyone, but some customers take this personally as if we designed our products of low quality and our intent was just to bill them.

I can assure you this is not the case.

The product the customer has contains more than 6 highly effective skin care ingredients that we did not just carelessly formulate. The charge is justified and explained to the customer before they sign up.

We serve hundreds of thousands of customers, and unfortunately we run into some cases where we are unable to satisfy a customer but I can assure you we never have and never will maliciously bill anyone without their consent.

We fulfill the orders as promised in the terms and conditions and we do not expect any of the disputes that may arise. Fortunately it is a rareity and most of our customers remain pleased with our product and our practices.
