My family has been dealing with Lexus for over 25 years. My brother bought his car from there after he learned that he was injured in service and most likely to die. This was his gift to himself. Since his passing, the car has been very sentimental.

Recently, I had the car towed there, at the encouragement of some of my brother's military officer friends. The old service manager left, and so did the class of that company. The former workers were stellar, and had been not anything but helpful, courteous and maintained professional decorum. Joe, the new manager, and his worker SID, not only have poor communication skills, but they are disrepectful and aggressive. He and his worker could care less with your history with the company. I asked to speak with his superior and he insisted, although he is just a service worker, that he was the head at Lexus, and I did not need to speak to anyone but him. Rough is not even the word ... and he is aware that I am ill and have recently lost the last remaining member of my family. Sometimes with new workers comes new attitudes, and his is that of discrimination. He believes he can treat me any way and I have no rights, not even to express my discontent.
