New Healthy Savings continuous ripoff, refund given last month but billed again this month Miami Florida
This company is continuing ripoff. i was going to try the $1 trial music downloads and the site did not work. 3 days later my card was billed $48 for something i never signed up for.
i called the company phone number which is a new york area code not a florida number which leads me to believe this company does not exist in miami. i spoke to a customer service rep who advised me the money would be refunded. 5 days later i did receive a credit to my account.
however, lo and behold, this month i find the same company billed my account again, this time for 49.95. i will be on the phone tommorrow.

the day after reporting this ripoff here, i contacted the company at the number i listed. i talked with an english speaking girl who looked up my record and found that i did indeed cancel this phony subscription last month. she apologized profusely and indicated i would receive a credit in 5 days. well upon checking my bank statement, i was credited the full 49.95 on april 18th. so if you have been ripped make sure you contact the new healthy savings office at646-495-8107.
