the day after reporting this ripoff here, i contacted the company at the number i listed. i talked with an english speaking girl who looked up my record and found that i did indeed cancel this phony subscription last month. she apologized profusely and indicated i would receive a credit in 5 days. well upon checking my bank statement, i was credited the full 49.95 on april 18th. so if you have been ripped make sure you contact the new healthy savings office at646-495-8107.
