Bought idle air control valve for 2002 Nissan Pathfinder. The description listed as being the correct part for this vehicle. No other information requested. When the part arrived and installed the new part malfunctioned. Mechanic re-installed old part original problems re-appeared. When I contacted the company after a 24 hour delay they responded. Requested VIN. The very next day I receive and email requesting a positive review. This I thought was unusual as well as un-ethical.

The never said anything about sending out another part to replace the defective one, after all they have my card number and could have issued a temporary credit until the issue was resolved. They are a manipulative organization whose bottom line is to make money and receive positive reviews. Pay attention to the responses in all the complaints. They never have been wrong or accept responsibility for selling cheap and defective merchandise.
