Was told the warehouse moved to North Carolina, order delayed due to this reason.  Order was placed 11-28-11.  Over a month went by and I heard anything from, the order is in the box to be shipped, I don't see your order, oh and the best one, that order has been cancelled!  I re-ordered everything on 12-28 and was told 7-10 business days for shipment.  Now I'm told again since the warehouse moved from Virginia to North Carolina there are customers who ordered beginning of November that havent received their orders yet. Today, 1-17-12 I am now told that 5 of my 10 items are out of stock and they wont ship anything unitl they are all in! I also understand Newport News/Spiegal has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy as well.  With customer service like this no wonder!  I have been a long time customer of this company and have never had this horrible service or individuals who have no way of knowing which end is up!
