Nexday Auto Transport /Me And Bobby Mcgee Auto Transport Does not pay independant contractors for hauling loads, or pays less than promised Oxnard California
This company hires independant contractors to ship cars, but does not pay on time or doesnt pay at all. They also tell you that the load pays a set amount but when you get paid finally it is less than what was promised. After not doing business with them for 6 months they still owe me at least 600.00 in bills from over 1 year ago. Truckers Beware hauling cars for these guys. I know at least 5 Independant car haulers who have been ripped off by this company.

Chris is the owners brother, not the former owner. Still using that one huh? That is what they do when you call about your money. They say that you have to talk to the other one about it untill you just quit calling. I see that it only took you a year and a half to reply to this complaint. Thats about right. I am still owed about $300.00 after they let me keep $500.00 of my own money. lol Thanks. Im being vindictive by making you pay your bills? Did you know that you put Darin out of business and he had to sell his house because you didnt pay him? Thats Vindictive!

You call what you do as doing the books? Chris is not the former owner he still works for the company because he is the owners brother! They have a real good scam going to shift fault to each other when they cheat you. I am sure glad you let me keep the $500.00 that you already owed me ...how big of you! When do I get the other $300.00 that you owe me? It only took you a year and a half to respond to my complaint. Thats about how long it takes you to pay your bills!

I have done the bookkeeping for Bobby Mcgee and Nex-Day Auto Transport for the past three years. I have taken pride in my work and remember having several conversations with Mr. Rogers regarding money issues. He had done business with the former owner of Nex-Day [Chris] who apparently owed him money. We paid him for everything we could verify, but apparently not enough. We still have two outstanding invoices for which Dave owes us $500. We forgave these so he could feel repaid. I guess he is just being vindictive. Too Bad. We transport hundreds of cars each month and I see to it that our subcontractors are paid in a timely fashion. Ron
