Complaint Review: NexGen Invest - cleveland Ohio

Nexgen Invest is the newet real estate ponzi scheme out there. The company uses fake names for their employees and they do NOT have an office, Everyone is in different states and no one actually knows each other!! Sara, who is Zach aka Cormicles wife, is a snotty most stuck up disgusting incompentent uneducted pig! She micro manages everything and thinks she will rule over everyone. These crooked  uneducated idiots give you a scope of work and a 12 page lengthy law contract that really doesnt mean anything because in reality, its just a paper. Nexgen tries to cover their a**** but let me tell you... just wait soon enough there will be a huge class action civil law suit agaisnt them for non payment on 6 contractors that equals roughly over 70,000 dollars.

They give you only 3-4 weeks for a house but you cant finish it because they give you obsticles during that frame. Either thay fat b****** Tom dude cant waddle fast enough to give you your overrides or hes to busy eating some fat chicks cake. This company is all family. they do not want people to know. Every home depot hates dealing with them because ugly Sarah thinks she is in controll and takes hours to respond. Little do they know theyre going under soon.  All of use have walked off our jobs and went with better established companies who pay a lot and on time.

Then theres a couple named Cindy and Mitch. They are awful at what they do. They do NOT know a d**n thing about real estate. No one talks to this so called Zach Cormicle. Hes MIA all the time. All of us who have stopped working for them got in touch with a high profile civil attorney and also the Attorney General of Ohio. We have all our proof, anywhere from text messages from that b**** sarah, to emails, and to phone converstations. They want other people to pull permits for their unlicensed contractors and pull some strings.  They owe one guy over 5 grand, another guy 20k, another guy 8 grand and the list goes on. They will lose this battle because when all of these 9 mechanical leins get slapped on their properties and their investors cant close due to this liens, Nexgen will have major issues with them.

Nexgen hires people who are not even contractors, dont even own a company name or have the tools to complete a daily task. This company is such a joke. stay far far away because they play nice and then screw you!! They have owed me money for 5 months now and ever since i stopped then. i have been making three times as much and less stessful. Last time i checked with home depot, they have only 7 contractors for all their ghetto rental houses.

Hey Sarah and Zach, you two are arrogent, stupid, uneducated, self centered, wana be 30 grand millionaires pieces of white trash. You will rot in virginia and dont you come to clevland because you have a lot of people looking for you. you cant hide your indentity, We all  have your perosnal addresses and all. Oh btw, there were about 10 of us contractors last year at depot and we all got declined our orders with their aMERICAN EXPRESS..hahahhaha  you are lucky i didnt rip out all my electrical i did and more. you dirty b*******..
