Nexiderm ripoff fraudulent billing Napa California
I decided to try Nexiderm as part of a series of offers to get a 500 dollar visa gift card.
I tried the product for several days. To be fair, it did have a nice texture, made my skin feel good, and smelled nice. Not worth 95.00 dollars a month, though.
I called the 888 number for instructions on how to return the product. After waiting an eternity on hold,I went to the website and followed the return instructions.
I followed the return instructions to the letter. I sent it back 10 days before the end of the 14 day free trial period ended. I insured it for 100 dollars.
My "free" trial ended on the 2nd, my card was billed on the 3rd.
I tried to call and again was on hold for ever. I went to the website and emailed customer service. Still waiting for a reply.
Never recieved the 500 dollar gift card either.
