I was late paying my nextcard bill one month because I couldn't fing my monthly statement so I tried to go to the email site to pay but the site was shut down. Later I tried to call the company to pay electronically but again I couldn't get anyone which was suspicious to me.

Two months later again I lost my bill and tried to do the same thing and it happened again. This time I did some digging on the net to try to find something out, and boy did I find out all the legal crap that NextCard is involved in. I tried to call to not only pay my bill but also to get my interest rate lowered.

It seemed like after I asked they raised my interest rate. It went from 13%to 23%in nine months. I wanted to stop payment because of all the information I found but I don't want it to show up on my credit report. I've talked with them but to no avail nothing and I still owe them quite a bit. I'm afraid of what the next few months will bring. GOOD LUCK TO ALL NEXTCARD CUSTOMERS
