NextCard ripoff to hundreds of victims on this site Norcross Georgia
What I want to know is how is next card still charging us interst when we can't use the card we have?
And it is not our fault we dont have it it is theres, doesnt bankruptcy mean they dont owe anything why should I pay them anything anymore when I cant even get them on the phone nor a letter I just yesterday got the phone number to them and they still play dumb!
I called and they hung up on me saying they could not offer any help what so ever with a next card account.
I believe that this is grounds for a class action lawsuite and I am looking into it!
