If the dress has quality problems, you're qualified for a full refund, according to our policy. We have been selling affordable formal gowns to customers online since 2003. We have so many satisfied customers, and we want Everyone to be happy and enjoy their experience with us. As for the country of origin, we clearly state that our dresses are made and shipped from our factory in China when customers order with us. There's nothing to hide. Actually that's how we distinguish us from competitors by offering Full customizations to our dresses (matching shawls, additional fabric, custom length, change color, made to exact measurements, etc). No other online shops can do all these.
