Nextgear Capital Issues, bully tactics and unlawful games.
Cox Enterprises, Brian Geitner and Nextgear Capital all related in some way. cox Enterprises seems to be the mother ship and must be aware of the insane, egregious and horrible tactics of Nextgear Capital. I have to say, Nextgear Capital has done some crazy s*** over the past few years.
If you're a Nextgear Capital customer and things are going well, that is fabulous. However, in my opinion, you need to be prepared in the event that Nextgear Capital takes issue with anything they may not like with you or your operation. That's right, I said you or your business as Nextgear Capital has done inappropriate things as has taken inappropriate actions against their customers for personal reasons.
Nextgear Capital will bully you with attorneys, law suits and legal fees. Nextgear Capital, in my opinion, does this hoping you and your business can't sustain the pressure and of course, the expense.
If you look at the complaints out there about Nextgear Capital, you will say many similarities. I am not saying that Nextgear Capital doesn't have any legitimate complaints. However, I am saying that many complaints seem to show some inappropriate conduct. I would describe it as scary, to say the least.
Nextgear Capital has customers complaining about being locked out of auctions, maliciously. There are also complaints about Nextgear Capital holding titles, auction proceeds and even altering documents. Again, this seems to be their tactic, to suffocate you and your business so you are unable to fight for your rights under their own agreement.

Nextgear Capital in my opinion is egregious and deceptive. They are also unlawful and dangerous. I feel raped due to the actions of Nextgear Capital. Seems like this company makes others feel violated in some way as well. I feel like I was held down and penetrated, against my will. This due to the abuse from Nextgear. It is like feeling violated in addition to feeling raped. This is a horrible feeling. I feel this because Nextgear Capital acted really ridiculous. Seems like they like to play games with your business. Nextgear Capital floor plan made me feel raped I feel violated by Nextgear Capital Nextgear Capital floor plan made me feel raped Auction lockouts made me feel raped. Holding titles made me feel raped. Holding back money made me feel raped. Changing ownership of property made me feel raped. The title issue actually made me feel fisted. I believe they do these things so you can not survive. Did I mention I feel raped by Nextgear Capital? My opinion, this company is disgusting. I feel like they mess with businesses on purpose. They play games rather than correct their issues. I feel raped. I feel anally violated. Feeling humped and screwed. Totally feel f***** because of Nextgear Capital. We are not defaulted customers. We want to protect other businesses. I want to help you survive. Your business is your livelihood. Do your homework on this lender. This is because you need to research any lender. Research rather than learn a bad lesson. So be careful and God speed. Sound advice My advice is to use a real bank because a real bank operates by the book. Also try AFC , they won’t make you feel raped. They will help you rather than hurt your business. Did I mention I feel raped by Nextgear Capital? I do because they act egregiously. Nextgear Capital has many lawsuits past and present. This is due to their unlawful behavior. This is my opinion. I would run from this company. This is so disturbing. Listen to the Nextgear Capital employee below this text. This guy sounds insane. Listen to him rant. I hear the anger and abuse in his voice. Seems like he is not normal.
