nextgen detroit #8, llc ripped off by nextgen detroit un paid driver birming, Michigan
my name is jan ,i drove for nextgen detroit for nov. 2012 and dec. 2012 never got payed for that
,got first payroll 01,14,2013 was told it would be a big one, and was going home for a brake when we could get
a load to fla. i didnt have a bank acc. so a freinds acc was used ,i didnt get home until feb 16 2013 ,and my payroll didnt add up right, joie tells me he held back money so after my brake i would have money. went back to work from 02,25-2013 to 03,04-2013 drove 5000 miles when i was termaned and left in larado tex. no way to get home. i had to beg for gas money to drive a rental car i had to pay for to get home 1200 mile away.
nextgen or joie haji, tom haji sent me a 1099 for 2309.20 for 2012 i never got, keep two week whitheld money,and 5000 miles my last two weeks, thay refuse to return calls, if anyone is going to work for these people you are going to get ripped of ,you cant get lost pay becouse you r not an employee, and no gov. agency,labor board will help u, thay are legal to rip u off, if any one can help me or the others that these people have ripped off, dont know what to do about this. jan,florida
