NextTech system EMR System Down. 10am. No one answered calls whole day to help!! Tampa Florida
I am physician owner of a medical clinic. CAme in this morning, staff says system down. Practice management software not working. Patient can not make an appointment, neither can we track last visit. Not to mention the pos system.
Staff called the 24 hours hot ine, nothing. N one can be reached. Tried all day since 10am. Very frustrated with this very expensive software.
