I won a recent NFL Breast Cancer Awareness Auction for a piece of signed memorabilia (Item number 110891917) on November 15. My bank account has been charged for the item. I have not received the item. I have used the web contact form and sent two emails to NFL Auction but have not received even the courtesy of a response.
